Looking to sell a very sharp vintage (neovintage?) Movado that likely dates back to the 1980s.
I realize quartz watches aren’t very sought after, which is why I’m offering this watch at what I believe is scrap gold value. The watch weighs approximately 30 grams with the movement. I haven’t been able to weigh the case without the movement as I haven’t been able to remove the crown and stem, which frees the movement. Case back alone weighs over 7g. Conservatively, I would think there is 18 grams of gold in the bezel and case back combined. 18g of 18k scrap gold equates to $2250, which is my asking price. Shipping is extra.
The watch comes with two boxes, some paperwork and Movado band (buckle is not marked). Scratch protecting sticker on the back. One case screw is missing.
The watch was not working when I purchased it but started right up with a new battery.
Measures approximately 33mm.
No trades.
Shipping from Vancouver.
