A beautiful Rolex 3478 Oyster Standard from the WWII era, dated 1940 or 1941 featuring a manual wind Rolex calibre 59 movement. The watch features a beautiful dial with minute chapter and military index and is housed in a beautiful gold plated case. The watch has just been serviced by a professional watchmaker and is keeping good time. The watch is on a brand new Italian calf leather strap. The case is a midsize men's dress or 34 mm including the crown. Dial is signed Rolex, movement is signed Rolex underneath dial, and case signed Oyster watch co. Own a piece of history today!

$799. Making room for some others so this has to go! Also for the sake of clarity the case is 31 mm. I was measuring a bunch of other watches at the time and got confused.
