I purchased this watch from a member here in December of last year but I have so many silver dial watches I hardly wore this one, I prefer dauphin hands over slim baton hands.
Lots of favourable reviews here on CWC.
Specifications:
case diameter: 35mm
case thickness: 6.5mm
case height with the crystal: 10.5mm
lug width: 19mm
lug to lug: 43mm
Veblenist black leather strap and CNS green suede looking strap (which looks quite good on the watch for a casual wear).
In keeping with it's age, plenty of scratches and dings on the case, no deep dings.
The domed acrylic crystal is in good shape, I found some scuffing between the 9 and 10 o'clock marker but only by looking close-up at the dial, it doesn't impede the view, at least not for me.
The date changes by pulling the crown out to the furthest position.
Winding action is smooth.
Timing seems good, I put it on the timegrapher immediately after winding it, dial up, dial down, 6 o'clock down and 3 o'clock down it, it ranged from plus 30 sec to -61 sec. Vintage watches can have parts failures at any time though so no guarantees with the watch.
Movement and case-back photos are from the previous seller, I haven't removed the case-back as I had no need to. Or at least that I remember.
Any questions, feel free to PM me.
No trades please.
No returns unless watch grossly misrepresented.
Price $425 plus shipping from Calgary.
