This is a model that was made for the Asian market from 1962 to late 1966 and was highlighted by Desmond Guilfoyle on his Constellation Collectors blog. And coincidentally mine has a serial # that is only 19 off the one he has! (His ser# is 24447071 - so its likely they came out of the factory within days of each other.) I wrote to him and he was thrilled to see it.
There are slight marks on the dial from aging. They show as well as I am able to show them in the pics. To the naked eye, when its on the wrist, they are not as visible. According to the blog it is extremely difficult to find these in mint condition or ones that have NOT been refinished since they were found mostly in the tropical weather conditions. Desmond was complementary on the condition of this one.
The watch is collectible for a few reasons as pointed out by Desmond. Its unique since it was a very large watch for the times. It is less common that other Constellation mainstream models of the period and good
examples, usually from Japan, that still meet factory specifications (correct crown etc) are not common.
