This is a beautiful two-tone watch I've been procrastinating about selling, but I should have a '98 GS 9F coming back from factory service soon and I wasn't wearing this enough to begin with.
It's in the same condition I received it from Japan, in a fuzzy Dolce box. When I received it, the capacitor was dead from years of sitting idle, and I replaced it with a genuine 3023-5MY Seiko capacitor(MT920 with Seiko trimmings) at the beginning of June. It's been running since, mostly on whatever the capacitor had in it so no worries about charge time and life.
As the title says, VG condition with some hairlines from 30 years and sliding around inside the box. Sticker still on the back and the bracelet is in great condition with a few extra links and should be good just over 7" wrist.
Case Dimensions: 36x42x10mm with 17mm lugs
Drilled lugs with a high polish on most surfaces, and a very nice textured dial with polished index markers and hands reminiscent of a 90's GS quartz. If I didn't have one of those incoming, I'd have to keep this instead.
MSRP was roughly ¥50,000 in 1993 and the manufacturing date appears to be Oct 1992. I can find the same model well used on ebay with a different dial for about $185CAD before tax, so I'm asking $200CAD shipped(~175+shipping).
Buy this before I change my mind again, it is really nice looking at it here...even the little things like the silvery date wheel and black lines down the center of those polished indices to match the hands.
