For sale is my vintage tritium Rolex Explorer 16570, new old stock, in unworn condition.
The watch sat unclaimed in customs for 25 years and was recently purchased at a government auction.
The watch comes as a full set, however does not have a Rolex Explorer booklet.
The set comes with everything seen in the pictures. The original stickers are still on the caseback and clasp. The watch seems to have never been sized – when I put my loupe to the screws of the removable links, they are all mint and untouched. Both hand tags are still on the watch, and the serial number is on the green hand tag as well as the green papers.
The dial and hands have patina’d to a vanilla colour and perfectly match.
There are three very small marks on the watch that can be seen with a loupe, which probably happened when someone took it out of the box and handled the watch.
