So I will start by stating what should be obvious…. These are highly collectible vintage chrono’s from a classic vintage watch house. The stainless steel watch is very rare because of its case…. 1st Universal Geneve 1950’s Stainless Steel Spillmann Cased 38mm Uni-Compax Chronograph.
This is one rare watch…. The Spillman case Is a rare and famous case made back in the 1950’s. What made this case so good was it was a screw back case giving it much more strength and depth. The Spillman case is the 38mm with a step in the lugs…. All properly stamped and in excellent to near mint condition this watch is it. The uni-compax dial is original and the watch has been professionally serviced…. The watch is currently on a leather strap but comes with a period metal springy bracelet…
This watch in this condition is REALLY RARE! I will ask $11,500 plus insured shipping or a FTF in the GTA. Very well priced…. Go do your own research for one in this condition.. Tough to find for sure….

2nd. Universal Geneve 18K Gold Compax
This watch is not as rare as the steel watch but is in excellent original condtion. The watch has been professionally serviced and is Ready to Rock! The gold case is a snap back, the movement is really clean and the dial is all original and this is a collectors grade version of this watch.
I will offer this watch at $8,500 plus insured shipping or a FTF on the GTA.
