Here today I have one of the most fun and zesty watches I’ve come across in a long time.
Not a lot of watches get me looking forward to trying them out after years of collecting, but this one did it.
The Florida orange colour way, is bright but saturated and the grapefruit shade of the subseconds hand, almost has me tasting a refreshing Paloma.
Water resistant to 100m and measuring at a width of 38mm, it has a lug to lug of 48.9, allowing it to wear akin to a 39-40mm timepiece.
Bolstering the watches wearability is the 8.5mm thickness, making it dress cuff ready for any lawn parties or destination wedding you can throw at it.
The watch is ofcourse a full kit and is an excellent entry point into the German world of watchmaking
Overall condition of the watch is in excellent with some hairlines on the “barely there” case sides, case back and the clasp of the bracelet
The ref 729 typically comes on either a leather or the bracelet option, however this model comes with a plethora of options from the bracelet to 3 alternative straps, 2 of which are original branded, placing the approx value of this package at over 3k.
