Up for grabs is a watch that has truly wowed me and caught me by surprise.
Coming in at the midsize of 36mm, I was unsuspecting as to how wearable a midsize in this configuration would be on my 7.5” wrist.
Albeit smaller than I’m normally used to, it wears better than an oyster quartz or a 1630.
This skyline 36 retains the angular shape of the original and is crafted in steel with the requisite octagonal case and faceted bezel.
The dial, an unparalleled blue retains a pattern resembling the original four pointed star logo of the brand, a manufacture first.
Powering the watch is the Elite 670 movement, beating at 28,800 VPH
My favourite aspect yet, has to be the interchangeable and quick change strap option and supplied pliant yet supple rubber strap, taking versatility to the next level.
Condition is excellent with faint hairlines observed on a link or two of the bracelet
