Hey folks
Up for grabs is my SBGW297 a classical dress or unisex timepiece.
This model like its other SBGW counterparts features a 36.5 mm modern re-interpretation of the original 44GS design.
The case edges are reminiscent of a blades edge and the sunray pattern dial paired to this piece is very similar to the SBGY003 that was limited to 700 pieces.
GS found inspiration for the dial from objects in traditional Japanese objects like their paper sliding doors, folding screens, and folding fans and the result is outstanding
The watch is designed for comfort and performs as expected to an incredible degree. The thin, compact case and multifaceted, diamond-cut indexes sparkle beautifully and harmonize with the refined white dial that appears creamy in some lighting.
The watch is in overall excellent condition with no notable marks or wear signs and any wrist, male or female under 7” could pull this off with ease.
I’ve included wrist shots on my 7.3” wrist and my wife’s 6.6” wrist for comparison.
The watch is a full kit with Outer/inner box, rice paper, manual, warranty card and tags.
At retail the watch is $7600+ tax
I’m asking a no nonsense $4850 shipped from the GTA, over 30% off retail
