This exclusive piece is a nod to the 70’s with the black markers, chapter ring and sub dials, drawing inspiration from the likes of the 153 and the 2447SN.
The off white dial is a throwback to those models with a Bicompax-esque layout, with an almost stealthy subseconds at 6.
That’s essentially where the similarities stop as this example features the caliber Heuer 02 in house automatic movement boasting an 80 hour power reserve and a larger more modern 42mm sizing.
The movement is nicely decorated and finished better, in my opinion, than the TH02 variant.
At 100m water resistance, this chrono is every bit sporty as it is classic
In excellent condition the only signs of wear are nominal and mainly to the bezel, where there is a rough spot near 4 and a faint ladder mark between 9 and 10.
This model is limited to 125 pieces on leather and 125 on bracelet.
The watch comes as a full set on the leather strap, with double box and papers.
Retail is around $8500 plus tax, duties etc.
