Of the Speedmaster’s I’ve had, this model is my unbiased/biased recommendation for a one and done speedy thanks to its crisp white lacquer stepped dial.
This speedy is in overall excellent to near mint condition with barely any signs of wear, and ok the integrated rubber strap is the perfect blend of sporty and luxury.
The watch measures at 47.5mm lug to lug, with a 42mm case size that wears more like a 41mm timepiece and a 13.1mm thickness
The watch runs like a champ and the 3861 caliber is something special to behold through the sapphire case back.
This example was originally purchased on the bracelet and now comes on the rubber strap at a lower price point.
Dated January 2026, it comes as a full set with the outer black box, inner box, two cards and cloth.
