Up for your consideration is the fantastic GPW-1000-1b. Comes complete with all the packaging and documentation I received from its previous owner. The watch band looked to have suffered from the surface “crazing” experienced by models. The previous owner tried to “buff” the band to remove the cracking. Thus is suffers a bit on the cosmetic front [ you can see it in the pics]. Truthfully I never cared. The watch face pulls your attention to such degree the band is irrelevant. However, I’m pricing it to reflect the condition.
Replacing, from a Canadian supplier, the carbon fibre band or getting a resin bracelet are fairly easy and surprisingly cheap [found both with prices in CAD that were well below what Pacparts lists for and no insane shipping costs]. As the new owner of this fabulous watch I would be happy to pass the info along.
Functions flawlessly, masterful wrist presence, an epic watch. Truly sad that I need to move it along.
Asking $485 CAD shipped within Canada [tracked and insured]. EMT preferred.
