Checking in from Port Moody, BC

Thanks for allowing me to join your community! My name is Matt, and as the title states, I reside in Port Moody, just east of Vancouver, BC. I have deep-seated interests in motorcycles and motorcycle culture which lead me to become enthralled with all things menswear from Selvedge denim to Japanese leathers and beyond. Somehow I had never stumbled into the world of watches; until recently! While on a short road trip with a pal we were listening to a podcast on denim (specifically vintage Levi’s) and the guest had a segment on his Tudor Black Bay 36 or 38 (I can’t recall in this moment) so naturally I had to do some research to understand what this thing was he was talking about. Needless to say, things have snowballed pretty quickly and I have found myself enamoured with this new interest. It certainly seems that there is a wealth of knowledge and resources to be had here so once again, thanks for having me!
