i present an offering i bought on our forum in 2023 from member yannickthibodeau a 1603.
A stellar piece with the class you would expect in a Rolex.
ok, will skip the marketing schtick...
it works great, keeps great time, real strong power reserve.
i have the watch on an aftermarket jubilee to wear the watch and of course the original genuine Jubilee comes with the watch. I always prefer wearing it on a non brand bracelet to preserve the original bracelet. See photos below.
The watch will come with both bracelets.
The case has normal vintage wear, dial is good, crystal is good, no crack or chips.
This is the no lume dial and hands version that came out around 1969 or so....
the hands show slight oxydation from age.
No water damage, just graceful aging.
All and all, a nice vintage piece.
I paid $4200 for it in 2023, will let it go for an even $4000 including tracked shipping.
