Up for your consideration is a vintage 1940s Rolex dress watch, as follows.
Original bullseye dial, gold arrow markers, some faint patina visible with loupe. Great vintage look.
Cal 1210 Rolex-signed manual wind movement. No visible issues, but no service records. Running well and keeping time.
14K Direinzo and Areinta (D&A) case. This firm was a New York case maker for high end Swiss watches in the 1940s to the early 1960s. Case is signed D&A, not Rolex, but is original to the watch. The case has a faded personal engraving CYANAMID, 25 Years Service, 1945. Case number is 96649.
33mm without crown, 36 mm lug to lug.
Crown appears to be an aftermarket replacement.
Shipped with the genuine Rolex box (pictured, has some wear), on a lightly worn lizard strap.
Priced at $2275 plus shipping. EFT only, please. Watch is in Ottawa. Thanks for looking.
