Chronosport Sea Quartz 1000 PVD Dive Watch.
I can almost guarantee that you will not find another like this. Definitely a treasure for the Chronosport collector.
This is the brand that Magnum PI wore in the early episodes of the show,
but in PVD (black).
The watch is used but in very good condition. The Bakelite bezel insert is in excellent condition and the uni-directional bezel “clicks” nicely.
The crystal is in excellent condition.
This is a 42mm case, with 20mm lugs.
The PVD does show normal wear marks, nothing heinous on the case. The crown shows wear but is original.
PVD is original not aftermarket, similar to the UDT.
The lume still glows but not for an extended period.
The watch keeps excellent time, date changes on time.
The watch will come on an OD Nato strap, with black hardware.
If you search “Vintage Chronosport Sea Quartz 30 Dive Watch” on eBay, under sold listings, you’ll see an example (s/s) that sold on Oct 10 of this year.
The PVD is way more of a “unicorn” !!
