Up for sale is my Cal 1030 manual Omega Geneve, recently serviced locally in Halifax by Vina’s Jeweller’s on Quinpool Rd.
Watch is in pretty good cosmetic shape- minor dual wear (tried to capture it on camera but only shows in certain angles and light) and a small chip on left side of the crystal near the case (also tried to capture). All original parts, save the strap. Omega engraving is visible in the crystal, with a loupe. There’s dents and dings natural to a watch of its age, a bit of light dial and case wear, see pictures below. Acrylic crystal- I can polish with Polywatch on request, it’s in fairly good shape.
Case size is approx 36mm (pictured with my 37mm DeVille for a size comparison), with 18mm lugs. Frequency is 8bps/28,800hz, and features a quickset date that can be set with the crown at 1st position. It runs like a modern watch despite how old the movement design is.
Selling because I have too many damn Omegas and I want to buy my wife something nice. Paid 850 plus 250 to service and regulate the watch. Right now I have about 1200 into it, total.
Location is Halifax, NS. I will do f2f or ship nationally at buyer’s expense. Due to the nature of my job I can also do f2f at either Pierre Elliott Trudeau airport in Montreal, or Billy Bishop in Toronto.
I will refund the watch if DOA but otherwise no warranty given.
