As part of the mild culling process, I have decided to list this Seiko mod for sale. It is a modification of an SKX779 which is the 1st generation of the Monster. Aside from the aftermarket dial, hands, chapter ring and bracelet, the watch retains its Hardlex crystal and 7S26 non-hacking movement. In terms of modification, the aftermarket hands, dial and chapter ring were supplied by Bill Yao who subsequently created MKII watches. The case was bead blasted by Duarte at NorthEast Watch Works. The aftermarket bracelet is from Watchadoo which adds some considerable heft to the watch. The crystal is scratch free and although it has not been serviced for a while, the time-keeping seems spot on. An extra bracelet link is also included. The price is $240 CAD and includes shipping.
