Great, simple solar watch. Comes with box and manual. In great shape. One rub on the side of the case and a superficial scratch on the caseback. I replaced the god-awful plasticky Seiko strap with an extra Marathon natural rubber one I had kicking around, which made a huge improvement in wearability. $130 EMT shipped. PM if interested.
