Tempest Watches
Tempest is a small watch brand started in 2010 with the goal to create timepieces that were not only high in quality but original in design. Originally, Forged Carbon was developed for use in aerospace, exotic race cars and high end sporting equipment, and recently in luxury watches costing upwards of $10,000-$30,000 USD per watch.
Forged Carbon was selected for this timepiece, due to its high strength and light weight. The forged carbon process creates a unique and unpredictable marbling pattern where no two watches are the same. The Automatic Miyota Cal. 9015 movement is protected by an inner stainless steel case with a case back inspired by the Periodic Table of Elements which pays tribute to the element "Carbon". Each watch is tested to 200m water resistance.
