I bought the watch from the owner with the description below.
I've had the watch for a few months thinking I could rotate it with my Exp II, but rotating watches is really a new concept for me

For offer a blue Tudor Submariner 75090, Serial # B414xxx, 39 mm with crown. This watch is from the early 1990's, and was purchased in 2007 from Senza Tempo (Watch Commander) in Florida. It includes a high quality after-market oyster bracelet on the watch, the original Jubilee bracelet, Rolex repair box, polishing cloth, Rolex Service papers and receipts. Extra links for the oyster bracelet are included as well.
It was sent immediately to Rolex Canada in Toronto, through Touch of Gold, the authorized Rolex dealer here in Halifax. The watch received a complete overhaul, but kept the original face, hands and bezel. It was sent back to them shortly after receiving it as the crown seemed to have a rough thread and would not close easily. They replaced the tube and crown (Rolex crown) as well as the lume dot at 12, with their compliments. The overhaul cost $629.00.
The watch is in excellent shape. It has been worn minimally, and has been used as a dress watch. Never been in the water. There are some superficial scratches on the case, and a few on the bezel, which you can see in the photos. It is running about 15 sec per day fast. The case has not been opened since it came back from Rolex. An excellent example of this fine watch.
