FS - vintage Hamilton GS 24 hour

to those not familiar with these watches... they were commissioned by the british military and issued to government (non military) personnel in the 60s and 70s.

the 24 hour version is rarest of the GS variants. Watch is in excellent condition with what i believe is the original crystal, tension ring and crown. 36mm case is sharp. lume has developed an even yellow patina. a couple pin holes of lume loss on the hour hand.

watch was serviced in february of 2018. the hacking s75s movement is working beautifully (see timegrapher photo below) My watchmaker mentioned that the crown stem was thin... he said to be careful winding it to avoid the stem broke off flush with the crown. in the meantime i happened across this thread for removing the stem - and retaining the original crown - if that were ever occur.
