FS: Vintage Rolex 6286

I am representing this watch for a friend. Per forum rules, I have the watch in my possession and take full responsibility for this listing. I am not a vintage expert and will revert to the owner with any detailed questions or any offers.

This is a two-tone Rolex 6286 gold bezel. The watch serial number is "81,000" which dates to around 1955.

Case: 34mm, polished as typical for the age of the watch. Caseback is stamped 6284 and 6286 and "18".

Movement: original movement, running and winding as it should.

Dial and hands: off-white dial. Gold indices and hands, blued seconds hand.

Bracelet: period correct but not original to the watch. Riveted with plated center links. Date code "4 60". I would not recommend wearing the watch on the bracelet since one of the end links is partially cracked (use bracelet for display only). Lug width is 19mm.

Watch only, no box or papers.
