Selling my Watchuseek F71 (affordable sub-forum) Emperor dive watch. This was a forum led project watch, manufactured by HKED and EMG watches, from 2017 (completed and shipped in 2018). I was one of the original committee members and the designer for this project.
I am asking $400 CAD, including shipping. No interest in trades.
The complete watch specs are included in the render attached below, but the basics are:
- Seiko NH35 movement
- Sapphire domed crystal
- 40mm case diameter, drilled lugs
- Beads of rice bracelet with screw links (sized for ~7.25" wrist, with extra 6 links)
- BGW9 lume
- Deep, glossy blue dial
- Date @ 6
- Sunburst brushed dive bezel
I am selling simply because I have too many watches in the box. I am not someone who likes a ton of watches, sitting in the box not getting worn. While I thoroughly enjoy this watch, it simply takes the backseat too often to other watches in my small collection.
The condition is great, but not completely mint. There are minor hairline scratches on some of the polished case sides, some marks on the back of the lugs from removing/installing the bracelet, and some desk diving marks on the bracelet clasp. The watch has been worn of course, but not often, and not in any rough conditions.
The BoR bracelet is extremely comfortable, and the lume is crazy bright (thanks to the huge lume plots and the BGW9). The case is a bit thick, having to accommodate the rather thick NH35 movement, but the midcase is relatively thin. On the wrist the watch is very comfortable and fun to wear.
This is the first time I have posted for sale on CanWatchCo, however I decided I would rather try to find a buyer within Canada first, before posting to WUS. As such, I do not have any feedback on here, but I do have numerous feedback reports on WUS under the same username (KJRye).
