Up for your consideration is one of the nicest vintage subs I've come across. There may be other 5513's out there, but I doubt you will see many in this condition and with this much even patina.
The tritium dial and hands are all original, and even under a loupe, it looks fantastic and clean.
The case appears to be unpolished. But the lugs appear to have rounded a bit due to wear.
The MK3 faded insert is mesmerizing in person and highly coveted by collectors.
The watch will come with a 9315 folded links bracelet with 380 endlinks. There is a little bit of stretch on the bracelet, but it still wears well, and does not require a Michael Young restoration at this point.
The acryclic domed crystal appears to have been replaced by Rolex during service.
Recent service history is unknown, but the watch keeps bang on time, well within COSC specs.
Comes with everything pictured, including a service receipt from Rolex, dated February of 2004. It also comes with a warranty certificate as an added bonus. It was obviously filled in, so I would never market it as full box and papers. But it definitely makes the set look much nicer. (Picture of it available to interested buyers)
Offered to you at a very reasonable price of $21,500 for a f2f transaction in the GTA. I am also open to trades, but mostly interested in Rolex sports models.
I also offer overnight shipping with FedEx, fully insured through Parcel Pro.
I have many references on this forum. You may contact the people on my Friends List. Thank you for your consideration.
Special thanks to Qtip.416 for the professional quality pics.
