Hello!
I am looking to sell my Nomos Glasshute Zurich, 'sapphire sandwich', no date silver/white dial model watch.
The watch is in excellent condition with only minor flea bites on the case, that could be buffed out easy enough. The watch was purchased at Wempe in March 2013, by me personally. It is 40 mm diameter, and simply beautiful to look at. It contains Nomos manufacture Epsilon movement (automatic), and it keeps perfect time (within 2 secs per day). The movement is simply stunning.
I currently have it on brown alligator strap from Wempe (which itself cost $400) but have the original shell cordovan black strap in essentially perfect condition, except that I added a hole.
I have full set, with black wooden box, warranty booklet, polish cloth.
If you are not familiar with Nomos, please check out their interesting website. They are an impressive company. Their watches cost more money every year, and currently this watch sells on their website for about 4500 (I paid 4100 last year).
I am asking for 3200 (email transfer preferably) plus shipping.
I love this watch, and I am only selling to fund purchase of the Nomos Weltzeit world timer, which is too similar to my current Nomos to warrant keeping both.
Please email me (gswillia@dal.ca) if interested so I can send pics. I previously uploaded a few, but they were poor quality from my iphone, so if there is a serious interest buyer I will obtain good pics.
I have done several deals on this website and can give references.
Cheers!
Geoff
