FSOT Rolex 16610lv submariner flat 4 full set Canadian (GRAIL ALERT)

This is a near mint and very rare example of the Rolex 16610lv green submariner. It is a safe queen and was hardly worn. There are some light swirls on the sides of the case and bracelet. To the best of my knowledge and the previous owner (who owned it for 10 years) the watch was never polished but I will let the pictures do the talking.

You may ask what makes this watch an ultra rare grail?

1. Flat 4 bezel. You will notice the tip of the 4 in "40" is flat and not to a point. This ultra rare bezel was only produced for about 12 months on the earliest examples. This is the main reason for the huge collectors premium here. Also, mk1 dial.

2. The serial is a "F0 serial" That's right...this is one of the first F serials to be made. Super rare and interesting. 2003 = F serial which was the true anniversary year (first year) for this watch.

3. This is a Canadian watch with unsigned papers from an Ontario AD. Become the "first" owner and live the dream!

4. Complete with box, papers, hang tag, booklets, calendar, etc.

Something interesting about me is I prefer trades. PM me and let's see what you have!

I am in no rush to sell this one as it is as close to a "keeper" as I can imagine.

Price: $30,000

All trades and all offers are considered.

A bit more history: This watch was sold by Van Rijk in 2010 hardly worn and complete. Receipts included showing this history as well. The watch also had a movement only service by Rolex through Damiani in 2010. No polishing was completed.

Celebrating becoming a forum sponsor with today's round of bumps. Thanks to Bobby for all he does to keep our community functioning.

One final big reduction to try and keep it in Canada. This is it folks. If it does not sell I will have to hold onto it until i smarten up enough to keep or it send it to the US.

$25,200 - all trades and multiple trades considered.

Have to send to a dealer in US if I have to reduce much further. That's okay but i just wanted to let people know. Reasonable offers and all trades are welcome.

24,449.

All trades considered.

This is rock bottom pricing. Slow time of year with everyone on vacation. Take advantage of it and scoop up a watch for a great deal.

Sold to a dealer in the US. It is a bit disappointing that the market here is not stronger for amazing pieces like this.
