Purchased this watch new over 20 years ago when they were dirt cheap. For some stupid reason early on I broke the crown steam so I decided to take some parts out for another seiko diver at the time. So it's missing the hands, the rotor and movement spacer, I think thats it. Theres some dust under the crystal but other then a few hairlines scratches it's very nice. Watch has never been polished.
