Hello CWC members,

I am posing my Grand Seiko SBGW253 stainless steel for sale,
this was part of the 2017 Grand Seiko's announcement to go independent from Seiko's sub branding, along with it they launched 3 watches inspired by the first GS in 1960.
This steel version was produced in 1960 pcs world wide along with more limited versions in gold and platinum.
The watch comes in at 38mm in diameter and just about 11mm thick with a closed case back with 18K gold GS Lion medallion.
Movement is 9S64 manual winding movement keeping good time and beautifully finished but of course keeping with true GS fashion, closed case back just like the original and known and appreciated by the ones that are only in the know. 28,800 vibrations per hour with power reserve of 72 hours.
The simple white dial really accentuates the perfect, I mean perfectly finished hands and hour markers and it truly glistens in day light.
The sides and the top is in really good shape as you can see from the images below and the back does show some hairline scratches from wearing.

a beautiful elegant simple timepiece made to the highest standards in this price category and this would bring the true joy and the merits of simplicity,
when sometimes modern watches are just too complicated and features added just for the sake of adding more features.

the watch will come with box, papers, GS certificate, as well as purchase and warranty papers from 2017, with confirmed payment, the watch will be sent via FedEx overnight express insured.

the asking price is $8500

thanks for looking!
