So, as with many of us, the rule is one in, one out. I just picked up a Chris Ward, and had to pick on one to leave the watch box. With a significant amount of regret, I am going to part with this Beautiful Hamilton, which I only just bought from another member here five months ago. I actually quite like the watch, and wore it in regular rotation (on a black leather strap). I have absolutely nothing against this watch, but had to pick one to part with.
This 44mm watch comes with the stock Hamilton suede strap with its iconic Hamilton 'H' buckle. I wore it with a plain black leather band that looked fantastic on it.
The condition of the watch is excellent, no significant scratches or wear. The crystal is perfect. The suede band has a bit of wear from the previous owner.
Briefly, the SS case is 44mm diameter without the crown, the crystal is sapphire, it is just short of 12mm thick, and the band is 22mm. The movement is an ETA 2895-2.
The list price at Hamilton is $945 USD ($1266 Canadian). I picked this up from a forum member for only $435 Canadian (with shipping) - a truly excellent deal (which I greatly appreciated!).
I will pass on that same deal, but even better, pricing it at $420 Canadian shipped to you. You just can't beat that.
