Selling this IWC Mark XVIII on bracelet for

I bought this watch BNIB from a CWC forum member in October, 2022. I have worn it sparingly since then. I love it but have to let it go to make room a new piece. This Mark XVIII is an absolute proven classic. The matte black dial, supremely legible hands, thin yet robust case, and phenomenal bracelet (with micro-adjust clasp) make for a wonderfully versatile piece.

Specs: 40mm stainless steel case, 6 bar WR, screw-down crown. 20mm lug width, soft-iron inner case for magnetic resistance.
Warranty: extended warranty valid until June 19th, 2030.
Included in kit: everything you would get from AD; outer box, inner IWC watch case, dated warranty card, bracelet tools, unopened polishing cloth, manuals. See detailed photos.
Condition & Notes: Excellent used condition. Fully linked bracelet. Minor scuffs and swirls on clasp and caseback. A few tiny scuffs on case flanks. Crystal perfect, functions perfect, never opened, never serviced. I am the first and only owner.
