Up for grabs is a watch that rarely comes up on the second hand market and what a watch it is.
We’ve borne witness to the versatility of an aqua terra; now throw in a day display and an annual calendar complication, with rose gold hands and markers, set against a creamy silverish dial and your AT is now a mature, tailored-tuxedo wearing, grown up.
At 43mm it seems a bit on the larger side and while it is, any wrist size over 7” would be able to pull it off nicely.
Lug to lug is 51.4mm, thickness of 14.6mm and a lug width of 21mm
For those unaware, the annual calendar complication is a set it and forget type system, except for the pesky outlier February, when you manually change the date; the rest of the months adjust naturally.
This watch has rarely/barely been worn and it shows. There’s no major signs of wear, either on the bracelet or case, save for one link that has a minor mark near where it meets the other link.
The AR coating to both sides are intact, the edges/chamfers are crisp and sharp and the accuracy is a staggering 0/+1s a day.
The watch comes as a full set including original box, manual, cards, extra links and hang tag. The warranty card is undated so any date can be added within reason.
