Hello CWC,
Well, the time has come to officially exit the watch game and sell off my one-watch-collection, the Speedy 3861 Hesalite. I'm making a big move overseas and as such we are in a very "everything must go" mindset to travel lightly and recoup funds for the transition.
This Speedmaster was purchased on this forum as a brand new, stickered item from our very own renmnoyan and since then I have been the sole owner and wearer of the piece.
The watch is in very nice condition but shows typical signs of being a daily wearer - hairlines on high polish, caseback and clasp scuffs, and hairline wear and tiny little scuffs to the hesalite. The crystal has never been polished, so the wear on it is the culmination of the entire life of the watch thus far. Polywatch would restore it to new easily. The piece is running +2 a day roughly by my observation.
The watch comes with a truly full kit - all boxes, links, cards, hang tag, even the caseback sticker has been preserved.
I am looking to get $6500 or best offer for this piece.
