For sale is 18ct yellow gold Rolex Day-Date 36mm, model: 118238 (discontinued in 2019) with solid gold president bracelet ref.: 83208, serial number F3xxxxx dates the watch back to 2004/2005, dial: champagne Roman numerals. This timepiece just came back from RSC (Feb 12th 2020) never worn after that. RSC did complete overhaul of movement, new Sapphire glass, gaskets, crown, new 18ct yellow gold fluted bezel (super sharp edges), complete polishing. The watch comes with 2 year international guarantee from Rolex, service book, Rolex pouch, Rolex cloth, Rolex box (no outer paper box), Rolex Day-Date manual, COSC seal, extra link, copy of Rolex Invoice. Service cost was approximately $2,500 before taxes.
Condition of the watch case and glass is great (no marks at all); however, president bracelet has some marks/small dents on links/edges even after RSC polishing as 18ct gold is way softer than steel. The original owner worn this piece daily since 2005, so bracelet shows some wear and tear, stretch (see detailed pics), but has many, many years to go. I just want to point as much as possible to a buyer as I am super detailed person myself. Comparing to cheaper and older Day-Dates this one feels heavy-170 grams incl. extra link. Bracelet is short one link comparing to brand new store pieces.
