This is a very clean ROLEX OYSTER "ROYAL"
Beautiful 3-tone silver colour" CALIFORNIA DIAL" (Half Arabic Half Roman)
This watch from the early 1960's, shows swirling on the case back and sides but nothing deep and nothing beyond what would be expected of a well maintained watch that is more than 50 years old
OYSTER CASE, 35 mm in diameter, 41 mm from tip to tip – this is a man’s watch (but could be worn by a lady), as the size is similar to many modern Rolex dress watches
ORIGINAL ROLEX OYSTER CROWN fits tightly and works properly; -
The matching white luminous 'MERCEDES' hands are in perfect shape.
the low domed crystal is in like new condition
there is no inscription
watch sets and winds properly
very high grade Swiss movement, properly signed MONTRES ROLEX S.A. GENEVA, SWISS on the movement, Cal. 10 1/2 / 1210 - has 17 jewels and 2 adjustments
- The back inside the case shows the Ref.-# 6426; it is properly signed: MONTRES ROLEX S.A., Geneva, Switzerland

Hi All,

The watch was originally sold to me in 2004 and was represented as all original.

It has just been brought to my attention by that there have been modifications made to this watch. However, I wish to make it clear that this was not known to me at the time of my positing. Nor can I say what those modifications were.

Accordingly, I am selling this watch as is.

Sorry for the problems this may have caused.
