“The last GMT with plexiglass”
“A 30 year old real time-capsuled piece”

It has become almost impossible to find untouched vintage ‘Pepsi’ GMT-Masters’ as complete set and as beautiful condition as this! Circa 1987/1988 which makes it about 30 years old, all-original-parts and single ownership, it is truly a magnificent collector piece. This 16750 'Transitional' model GMT-Master comes perfectly complete in a full ‘Collector Set’ with its original ‘Moon Crater’ style box (with correct reference 16750/0 label) original green leather wallet, ‘open’ (no customer name) warranty certificate with serial number stamped, chronometre Rolex crown tag without hologram, Oyster Swimpruf tag with full serial number stamped on, blank dealer unused price tag sticker (never seen one of this in new condition as this), GMT Master booklet, Your Rolex Oyster booklet, Oyster translation booklet, calendar card 1987-1988, auto-lock revolving bezel instruction, winding instructions, accompanied by additional #2 GMT Master pamphlets of the era.

It’s amazing, I’ve never personally seen so much paperwork to accompany a vintage a watch!

Condition: The Tritium lume of the dial has taken on a perfect, lightly cream colour ‘patina’ and the case and bracelet are beautifully preserved with no signs of heavy wear or polishing only minor swirls on the bracelet and clasp easily removable with brushing/buffering. Condition is near mint with still the factory green sticker present on the case back. The factory originally fitted Oyster bracelet is still crisp and tight with all the 13 links present. Serviced in 2015 by Rolex Service Centre in Toronto with warranty card & copy of receipt + green Rolex Service velvet pouch + Rolex Service green case + Rolex beige cloth included. Everything, including the watch and its belongings has been preserved in excellent like new conditions.

The main difference from its predecessor reference 1675 and this 16750 transitional model is the glossy dial with applied round hour markers but most importantly the quick set date. Main difference between its successor further model reference 16700 and this older 16750 is the ‘Plexiglass’ acrylic glass vs Sapphire crystal in the newer reference. Indeed, the last of the plexiglass! Powered by Rolex's (the newest) 3075 calibre movement with quick-set date, this is 100% a perfect investment GMT.

Priced accordingly at $16750 to honor its reference number!
