ITEM CONDITION: This is a NEW OLD STOCK watch…..
So I took this unworn watch to my watchmaker to have him check it and make sure it all was fine before installing a new battery…. He gave the movement a looksie and said its clean as a whistle and asked me which battery I would like to use…. The 1.35V or the 1.55V battery. I said the original…. He just responded they are expensive…. Been discontinued for a while…. It has the original battery installed and the watch has been running for about a week and seems to be deadly accurate…. The stem is a bit tight to turn but functions proper..

OTHER COMMENTS: New Old Stock are impossible to find…. A new battery was just installed…. The proper battery which is a 1.35V battery where most watchmakers install a 1.55V battery…. The 1.55V batteries make the watch run incorrect…. These batteries are hard to find as they have not been made for years…. If you can find them after being stored they will be an expensive battery….. they had to be stored in a very cool location of they would be drained..
