Up for your consideration is my SBGA413 of the Four Seasons collection affectionately referred to as the “Spring” or more precisely “Shunbun”
Though this model is now available in Canada after being a US only edition, it is practically sold out.
Dated July 2020, this one has some faint signs of wear on the case and and one link showing the most wear on bracelet, this can be swapped out with the extra links included.
The dial is and continues to be the showstopper as it transitions from light pink to cream, to off white, depending on lighting conditions.
I’ve tried to capture the flaws as well as it’s inherent beauty, but as it always goes, the quality and level of attention to detail that is Grand Seiko requires this piece to be seen in person and flaws are always worse than they appear in person as is how I intend them to be showcased.
At 40mm it is a great everyday piece and highly versatile; you’ll be certain to enjoy this for years to come.
