ITEM CONDITION: This is a very clean Near Mint example of Patek Philippe 5146G 18K White gold Cream dial version. Comes complete with everything as new and has Canadian Papers Dated October 13, 2020 from Kaufmann de Suisse in Montreal. The strap pictured is a short strap, I will change it for a regular length OEM Strap.
