Hi folks
Up for grabs is my recently released IWC Pilots Chronograph 41mm with the in house movement.
It comes as a full kit and has a few signs of wear as it was worn as a daily piece.
The most notable wear is a minuscule scratch on the upper right lug and some wearing of the brushing on the two top lugs. Nothing earth shattering, however I’d be remiss to not point it out.
At 41mm, it truly is the ideal wearer of the IWC lineup; sizing being a gripe for a lot of the previous 43mm models.
The Easy X-Change system for the strap is a nice touch and the activation of the chrono function is miles away from ordinary thanks to
the column wheel in house movement.
With an exhibition caseback, one can truly appreciate the work IWC put into producing this caliber 69385.
The blue dial is as pristine as one has come to expect from IWC and with the day, date, and Chronograph complications, you tend to ask yourself, “why pay more for a time only watch?”
The strap, though worn, has a lot of life left in it.
One of the biggest propositions I consider when looking at IWC is their 8 year warranty, which on this piece extends to 2029
Asking a very reasonable $7299 plus
for this gem.
Retail is $8350 + tax
