Hey folks

Up today I have one of the nicest iterations if the newest limited release from Seiko.

The SLA057 is crafted of Ever-brilliant steel, which has proven to be impossible to capture in pictures, puts 904L steel to shame and is reminiscent of white gold.

Coming in at a 42.6mm case and a 13mm height, this watch wears like a 40mm piece and the gold tone handset, markers and bezel indices set against a ceramic bezel make this one of the nicest Marine Masters I have come across.

This SLA057 Is a re interpretation of the original 6159-7001, not a recreation or a reissue, and as such has its own character.

The chocolate bar strap is second to non for comfort and the complimentary Seichu strap that is unused.

The movement is the 8L35, Grand Seiko finished movement and beats a 28.800 VPH, at +3s a day and a 50 hour power reserve.

The watch retails at $5975 plus tax
