Up for sale is a rarely seen Baume & Mercier Shelby Cobra.
Model#M0A10282
Its a stunning watch with a jet black dial accented with silver chrono sub dials and splashes of yellow & green.
The cobra counter balance for the chrono second hand rounds out the overall cool factor of the watch.
This is a limited release if 1963 worldwide. Originally introduced in 2016 but this particular watch was bought in 2017.
The watch head is in beautiful condition with no apparent scratches, crystal is pristine - all pictures were taken directly under pot lights for maximum exposure and to avoid any surprises. The strap is in good condition with a small imperfection directly below 6 pm as pictured. The deployant is in very good condition with minimal indications of desk diving.
Disclosures: The set contains the watch, miniature 1963 Shelby Cobra, booklet, marketing pamphlet, date changing tool and hang tags. Missing are the outer box, the warranty card and one of the keepers. I have fairly large wrists and took the second keeper off and misplaced it; I can add a keeper from a different croc strap if needed.
This watch has only been on CWC once and sold quickly with an asking price of $3,200 - I’m pricing at $2,750 given that its not a complete set.
Open to select trades here, prefer not to have black dials.
Some immediate possibilities that come to mind are:
Tudor Black Bay 41 blue
Oris Aquis
Breitling super ocean blue (ceramic, 44/46mm)
Feel free to propose any others that come to mind.
Lots of feedback available on CWC and as always happy to answer your questions.
