Condition
The watch shows some wear but is in good condition. The sides of the case are missing some coating, the crown as well. The dial is in excellent condition. The minute hand shows some darkness in the lume. All functions and buttons work as they should (including alarm and light). The bezel turns and clicks as it should. The crystal has some scratches and a nick, see pics. Service history unknown. The gaskets have been lubed. Last battery change unknown. The watch comes with the original bracelet (fits up to 8” wrist) and a nato strap.

The Chronosport UDT was issued to specialized US military units such as the Navy SEALs, UDTs (Underwater Demolition Teams) and US Army Special Forces, considered it by many to be the ultimate military watch of it's time.
It's rugged design, accurate quartz movement and pioneering use of a highly legible dial combining both analog and digital displays made it a design sensation when it first appeared in the late 1970's. This watch was also produced by Breitling in the 1980s with the model name "Pluton", and appeared in the Breitling catalog until 1999.
