Up for sale is a 93-94 Tudor Big Block Ref # 79160. This beauty has the silver sunburst dial with black sub dials and black tachymeter insert. The case is strong with nice thick lugs and the chamfers can still be seen. The bracelet is in amazing condition for this era watch, virtually no stretch and very few surface scratches on the clasp. The acrylic crystal is also in great shape. A few very small surface scratches that could easily be removed with Polywatch. Watch comes with correct end links and bracelet and has the Rolex crown and caseback. No box or papers, watch only.
I have a Big Block 79180 already and have decided to keep it and let this one go. I have tried to take pictures from all angles to show the condition. There is a small chip out of the insert between 12 and 1 o'clock and a few case dings. Case dings don't bother me so I did not have them polished out although they would be very easy to remove if desired. I investigated a replacement insert and there are no issues getting one from Rolex Canada. This is an item they still stock.
Watch is running great, date changes and chrono functions flawlessly.
