I've decided to move this blue Chrono on to it's next owner, after completing a minor refurbish. It came to me through an eBay sale from the UK last year, with a scratched up crystal and offset chrono hand. Also the bracelet, while Citizen branded was an 18mm which rattled inside the 19mm lugs. That was all a quick fix when I finally got around to it, and it's looking pretty nice these days with a surprisingly active dial that was hidden behind the old crystal.
I haven't used it much, just once in a while when I needed a Chrono for something(doing clock at ringette games or cooking mostly), but the function seems fine. The replacement crystal was a friction fit into the old gasket, but take the water rating as a reference only since I don't have a pressure tester. The case dimensions are 38mm x 10mm x 46mmL2L , and the replacement vintage Bambi bracelet is only around 6.5" diameter so consider that a placeholder for something better. If you'd like the 18mm Citizen bracelet it came with for some reason, you're welcome to it.
MSRP was who knows or cares? I have it written down as a 2006 but I could be off by a decade as the 0510 was around for a while in different forms. I had to explain to my wife what neo-vintage meant in Rolex terms earlier, and her response was "that's depressing". Yeah...
I'm asking the princely sum of $50 plus shipping. This was a project watch I was curious about and wanted to restore a little. Since I'm not using it, and not sure where it fits into my collection I hope that you will. It's a lot of value for the money, but that's the Citizen life for you. If you're ok with padded lettermail I can probably send this quite cheaply.
Thanks for looking, and as always feel free to contact me for any reason.
I made a quick video which should cover the basics.
Here's the "before" picture

And everything else as it is now
