Hi CWC, for sale is my Seamaster 166.010 (non-chronometer) calibre 565. Asking: $980 shipped via FedEx insured.

The case measures 35.5mm across without crown. It doesn't wear small due to its relatively thin bezel. One of the pictures shows how it looks on my 6.5" wrist. The dial features Onyx markers sandwiched with steel batons, a design that is also found on the Omega Constellation pie pan. I have owned and enjoyed this watch since Sep 2017, and now it's someone else's turn!

Condition:
* The dial has developed an even spotting patina. The silver dial has faded to a slight yellowy champagne color
* The watch keeps good time, but service history is unknown. I would recommend a service if you plan on enjoying this watch for a while, if nothing just to get new gaskets to make it splash proof
* BoR bracelet is well used, with minor scratches on the signed clasp
* The bracelet is sized for my 6.5" (165mm) wrist. There are 4 more stops in the micro adjust that would give you another 0.35 inch (or 9mm) of extension. So it should be good up to a 6.85 inch wrist
* The seahorse logo at the back is very crisp. There is a scratch on the caseback that I have shown in one of the pictures. It is not deep though, and can be polished out.
* There are no scratches on the acrylic crystal (I'm diligent with PolyWatch :))

Reduced: $800 shipped with Flagship FedEx insured.

Important Update: The watch is back from a service by a local watchmaker. Only lubrication and cleaning was done on the watch, no polishing or anything like that. So far it has been running consistently at +10s a day for thr last 5 days.

There are a couple of things that I learned about the watch that I will have to disclose here.

First, my watchmaker told me that he noticed signs of rust from moisture in the movement. He stripped down the movement and was able to clean out the rust without having to resort to replacement parts. He has replaced all the gaskets after cleaning and lubrication. It has been running great, and I tested that the pump pusher quick set date function still works as it should.

Second, I have discovered a small nick on the crystal between 9 and 10 o'clock near the center, see the attached pic.

Due to these issues with the watch, I am willing to come down on the price to $800 EMT, shipped with flagship.

Also, I have been asked about the exact length of the bracelet. The watch head plus the braclet measures 7.25 inch. (See picture).

Cheers,

Ben
