Up for sale is a sought-after LE Alpinist by Seiko and Hodinkee in excellent condition.
The blue dial truly sets this apart from the typical green dial that makes the name of the Alpinist. This piece is a limited edition of 1959 units with a warranty card dated Feb 2019 so there is still some warranty left till Feb 2022.
Watch is in excellent condition with only some wear around the high polished areas. There is a hair-thin scuff on the bezel above 12-1 o'clock markers but is barely noticeable.
Watch comes in full kit, including a Hodinkee stamped card. The OEM leather strap appears unused. I know I never used that strap but put my own one on it instead during my brief time wearing it.
