Offered for sale is the beautiful Oris Maldives in full titanium. The Aquis line gets a lot of “value for money” love and this is one of the best looking pieces. Based on the 43 mm case of the standard Aquis, the Maldives brings unique features including the small seconds, stunning blue dial, and titanium case and bracelet. It’s a limited edition of 2000 pieces.
While a large piece, the titanium makes it wear surprisingly light on the wrist. And if you don’t like the bracelet, an original Oris rubber strap is included with titanium deployant clasp.
This watch was purchased here on the forum about a month ago. It was a bit of a quarantine impulse buy and thus I’m moving it on as it’s just not getting much wrist time.
Condition:
Watch has clearly been worn like the tool watch it is. Case and bracelet have numerous scratches but nothing deep. Sapphire crystal and bezel are clean. The screw heads on both lugs and bracelet show quite a few marks (as shown in the side photos) but remain functional. The metal of the case back is also scratched. Included are box, booklets, and the rubber strap. Warranty card is undated however the watch was released in ~ 2011. Service history is unknown but the watch is running well.
