SOLD: FS Rolex 1601 datejust Two-tone

This is an honest example of the 1601 datejust. No box or papers and no recent service history.

Case: case is in good condition and has been lightly polished in the past
jubilee bracelet: moderate stretch as to be expected. A couple of links have some pitting.
Dial: Some dusting near the 5 o'clock marker and some light paint chipping near the center of the dial in upper left area. These issues are hardly noticeable and easily fixed with a touch up by a watchmaker.
movement: Watch is running well
Size: watch will fit about a 7 inch wrist.

Price: $3500.

Edit: CANADA DAY DEAL! $3000 shipped and insured for a great daily beater. Nothing wrong with this watch. Could use a service down the road as with all watches. Some dirt on the bracelet for the new owner to clean and make it look great

Guys I have some good news. My vintage watchmaker looked inside the watch and can confirm that it is all original and no parts need replacing. It is running well but he suggested a basic service at some point relatively soon mainly to clean everything and regulate. Basic service cost is $500 with him and includes a full polish if desired.

Edit: I was also very conservative and now realize the watch should fit a 7.5 inch wrist. Also, my inbox is no longer full. Sorry to anyone who was trying to get a hold of me.
